ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to Ace Sports Network. Ace Sports Network provides its
service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service
("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time
without notice to you. You can review the most current version
of the TOS at any time on this page.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Ace Sports Network currently provides members with access to
Ace’s Sports Plays, including, various sports information,
schedules and Ace’s Betting Strategies.

YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
In consideration of your use of Ace Sports Network’s Services,
you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding
contract and are not a person barred from receiving services
under the laws of the United States or other applicable
jurisdiction. You also agree to: (a) provide true, accurate,
current and complete information about yourself as prompted by
the Service's registration form If you provide any information
that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Ace
Sports Network has reasonable grounds to suspect that such
information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete,
Ace Sports Network has the right to suspend or terminate your
account and refuse any and all current or future use of the
Service (or any portion thereof).

REFUND POLICY*
Ace Sports Network has a No Refund Policy. Ace Sports Network
has provided members with Service with current Login &
Password Access to Ace’s Plays & Betting Strategies.
* For VIP Platinum Weekly & Monthly Members: If Ace goes
negative units for the period of Service from Monday to Sunday
(for VIP Platinum Weekly) and from the 1st of the month to the
last day of the month (for VIP Platinum Monthly), Ace Sports
Network will provide the following period’s subscription free
of charge, according to the VIP Platinum Sports Package
purchased.

Ace’s Plays are for entertainment purposes only (Required by
our Merchant Bank).
